Fan Control Module Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle Service and Repair.





2. Disconnect the cooling fan control module electrical connector.





3. Remove the cooling fan control module retaining bolt.

4. Remove the cooling fan control module from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the cooling fan control module to the vehicle.

Caution:
Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

2. Install the cooling fan control module retaining bolt and tighten to 6 Nm (53 lb in).





3. Connect the cooling fan control module electrical connector.

4. Lower the vehicle.
