Air Distributor Duct Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement (Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement).
2. Remove the air distributor duct (1) from the instrument panel.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the air distributor duct (1) to the instrument panel.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Install the retaining screws to the air distributor duct. Tighten the screws to 1.9 Nm (17 lb in).
3. Install the I/P assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement (Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement).
