Mass Airflow Sensor with Intake Air Temperature Sensor Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (Service and Repair).
2. Remove the mass air flow (MAF) sensor screws.
3. Remove the MAF sensor.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the MAF sensor.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Install the MAF sensor screws.

Tighten the screws to 10 Nm (89 lb in).

3. Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (Service and Repair).
