Rear Side Door Window Channel Replacement

Removal Procedure





Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

1. Apply masking tape to the door frame and applique.
2. Remove the rear door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement (Service and Repair).
3. Remove the rear door water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement (Service and Repair).
4. Position the window in the full down position.
5. Remove the window channel bolt (2).
6. Remove the window channel from the door.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the window channel (1) in the door.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Install the window run channel bolts (2).

Tighten the bolts to 10 Nm (89 lb in).

3. Inspect the window for proper operation.
4. Remove the masking tape from the frame and applique.
5. Install the rear door water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement (Service and Repair).
6. Install the rear door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement (Service and Repair).
