Air Distributor Duct Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement (Service and Repair).
2. Remove the bolts and screws retaining the air distribution duct to the underside of the I/P assembly.
3. Remove the air distribution duct.
4. Remove the discharge temperature management (DTM) sensors from the air distribution duct.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the DTM sensors to the air distribution duct.




2. Install the air distribution duct into position on the I/P assembly.
3. Install the retaining bolts and screws to the underside of the I/P assembly.

Tighten the screws to 1.6 Nm (14 lb in).

4. Install the I/P assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement (Service and Repair).
