Engine Protection Shield Replacement


Removal Procedure





1.Remove the front shield bolts (1, 2).

2.Remove the front shield from the vehicle.





1.Remove the rear shield bolts (1, 2).

2.Remove the rear shield from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure





1.Install the rear shield to the vehicle.

Notice:Refer to Fastener Notice .

2.Install the rear shield bolts (1).

TightenTighten the bolts to 75 N �m (55 lb ft).

3.Install the rear shield bolts (2).

TightenTighten the bolts to 20 N �m (15 lb ft).





1.Install the front shield to the vehicle.

2.Install the front shield bolts (1).

TightenTighten the bolts to 60 N �m (44 lb ft).

3.Install the front shield bolts (2).

TightenTighten the bolts to 20 N �m (15 lb ft).
