Navigation Control Processor Bracket Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the OnStar(R) vehicle communication interface module (VCIM). Refer to Communication Interface Module Replacement (Service and Repair) .




2. Remove the nuts (1) retaining the navigation control processor bracket to the instrument panel (I/P) structure.




3. Remove the bracket from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the bracket to the I/P structure.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.




2. Install the nuts (1) retaining the bracket to I/P structure.

Tighten the fasteners to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

3. Install the VCIM. Refer to Communication Interface Module Replacement (Service and Repair) .
