FUEL LEVEL SENSOR REPLACEMENT (4.8L, 5.3L, AND 6.0L ENGINES)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the sending unit.
2. Disconnect the fuel pump electrical connector.
3. Remove the fuel lever sensor electrical connector retaining clip.
4. Disconnect the fuel level sensor electrical connector.
5. Remove the fuel level sensor retaining clip.
6. Remove the fuel level sensor (1).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the fuel level sensor (1).
2. Install the fuel level sensor retaining clip.
3. Connect the fuel level sensor electrical connector.
4. Install the fuel lever sensor electrical connector retaining clip.
5. Connect the fuel pump electrical connector.
6. Install the sending unit.
