FUEL LEVEL SENSOR REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the fuel sender assembly.




2. Disconnect the fuel level sensor electrical connector (1).
3. Depress the fuel level sensor retaining tabs (2) to release the sensor from the sender assembly.




4. Remove the fuel level sensor electrical connector (1) and sensor (2) from the fuel sender assembly.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the fuel level sensor (2) and electrical connector (1) to the fuel sender assembly.




2. Connect the fuel level sensor electrical connector (1).
3. Ensure the fuel level sensor retaining tabs (2) are fully engaged.
4. Install the fuel sender assembly.
