FUEL LEVEL SENSOR REPLACEMENT (CAB/CHASSIS - REAR TANK)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the sending unit.
2. Disconnect the fuel level sensor electrical connector (1).
3. Remove the sensor retaining clip (3).
4. Squeeze the locking tangs (2) and remove the fuel level sensor.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the fuel level sensor.
2. Install the sensor retaining clip (3).
3. Connect the sensor electrical connector (1).
4. Install the sending unit.
