MODULE REPLACEMENT - SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL - FRONT SEAT
REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Remove the front seat cushion assembly.
2. Disconnect the climate control module electrical connectors.
3. Remove the screw (1) retaining the module bracket to the seat cushion frame.
4. Remove the bracket and module assembly from the cushion assembly.

5. Remove the screws (1) retaining the module (2) to the module bracket (3).
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Position the module (2) to the bracket (3).
2. Install the screws (1).
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
Tighten the screws to 5 N.m (8 lb in).

3. Position the module and bracket assembly to the seat cushion frame.
4. Install the screws (1).
Tighten the screws to 5 N.m (8 lb in).
5. Connect the climate control module electrical connector.
6. Install the front seat cushion.
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the front seat cushion assembly.
2. Disconnect the climate control module electrical connectors.
3. Remove the screw (1) retaining the module bracket to the seat cushion frame.
4. Remove the bracket and module assembly from the cushion assembly.
5. Remove the screws (1) retaining the module (2) to the module bracket (3).
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Position the module (2) to the bracket (3).
2. Install the screws (1).
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
Tighten the screws to 5 N.m (8 lb in).
3. Position the module and bracket assembly to the seat cushion frame.
4. Install the screws (1).
Tighten the screws to 5 N.m (8 lb in).
5. Connect the climate control module electrical connector.
6. Install the front seat cushion.
