BODY CONTROL MODULE REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the right console trim panel.
3. Remove the body control module (BCM) screws.
4. Remove the BCM wire harness connectors.




5. Remove the BCM.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the BCM.
2. Install the BCM wire harness connectors.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the BCM screws.

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).

4. Install the right console trim panel.
5. Connect the negative battery cable.
6. For a new or remanufactured BCM, program the BCM. Refer to Body Control Module (BCM) Programming/RPO Configuration. Programming and Relearning
