REMOTE CONTROL DOOR LOCK RECEIVER REPLACEMENT
REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Remove the engine cover.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the remote control door lock receiver (2).
3. Remove the plastic fasteners that retain the remote control door lock receiver (2) to the sound insulation.
4. Remove the remote control door lock receiver from the vehicle.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Install the remote control door lock receiver to the vehicle.
2. Install the plastic fasteners that retain the remote control door lock receiver (2) to the sound insulation.
3. Connect the electrical connector to the remote control door lock receiver (2).
IMPORTANT: If diagnosis requires the testing of the old transmitter or replacement of the old transmitter and/or receiver, programming or reprogramming of the transmitter may be required.
4. Initiate transmitter programming or reprogramming. Programming and Relearning
5. Install the engine cover.
