2001 Chevrolet Metro L4-079 1.3L VIN 2 MFISECTION Service and Repair




REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Disconnect the electrical connector (1) from the Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS).
2. Remove the bolt (2) and the VSS (3) from the top of the transaxle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Install the VSS (3) to the transaxle.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Secure the VSS with the bolt (2).

Tighten
Tighten the bolt to 8 N.m (72 lb in).

3. Connect the VSS electrical connector (1).
