The Fuel Cutoff Signal parameter indicates when the PCM is operating the fuel injector in the fuel cutoff mode. When the engine is operating in the fuel cutoff mode, fuel injector output is stopped. When the fuel cutoff mode is active the Fuel Cutoff Signal parameter will indicate ON. The Fuel Cutoff Signal parameter should indicate OFF during all other fuel modes.
