REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Remove the front door trim panel.
2. Remove the front door speaker.
3. Remove the front door water deflector.
4. Lower the window.
5. Remove the inner window sealing strip.
6. Remove the outer window sealing strip.
7. Remove the front and rear run channel from the door.
8. Remove the inside handle from the door.
9. Remove the lock rods from the front door module (1).
10. Remove the electrical harness from the front door module (1).
11. Remove the rivets (3), that retain the front door module (1) to the door, with an appropriate drill and drill bit.
12. Remove the front door module (1) from the vehicle.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Install the front door module (1) to the vehicle.
2. Rivet (3) the front door module (1) to the door.
3. Install the electrical harness to the front door module (1).
4. Install the lock rods to the front door module.
5. Install the inside handle to the door.
6. Install the front and rear run channel to the door.
7. Install the inner window sealing strip.
8. Install the outer window sealing strip.
9. Install the front door water deflector.
10. Install the front door speaker.
11. Install the front door trim panel.

4. Lower the window.
5. Remove the inner window sealing strip.
6. Remove the outer window sealing strip.
7. Remove the front and rear run channel from the door.

12. Remove the front door module (1) from the vehicle.

1. Install the front door module (1) to the vehicle.
2. Rivet (3) the front door module (1) to the door.
3. Install the electrical harness to the front door module (1).
4. Install the lock rods to the front door module.
5. Install the inside handle to the door.
6. Install the front and rear run channel to the door.
7. Install the inner window sealing strip.
8. Install the outer window sealing strip.
9. Install the front door water deflector.
10. Install the front door speaker.
11. Install the front door trim panel.
