INTAKE AIR TEMPERATURE (IAT) SENSOR REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

CAUTION: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in Service Precautions.




1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Disconnect the intake air temperature (IAT) sensor harness connector.




3. Remove the IAT sensor from the air cleaner outlet duct by pulling the sensor upward.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the IAT sensor in the air cleaner outlet duct.




2. Connect the IAT sensor harness connector.
3. Connect the negative battery cable.
