2000 Chevrolet Malibu V6-3.1L VIN JSECTION Seat Belt Indicator
The seat belt indicator (red) will indicate the following conditions to the driver:
^ The seat belt switch is active.
^ The seat belt is unbuckled.

This occurs under the following conditions:
^ Upon ignition 1 transitioning from inactive to active
^ At any time while ignition 1 is active and the seat belt input should transition from inactive to active

Upon either transition, the seat belt indicator will illuminate steady for 20 seconds and then flash at 1 Hz for 55 seconds. The indicator will be OFF under the following conditions:
^ At the end of the 75 seconds
^ If at any time the seat belt input becomes inactive
^ If at any time Ignition 1 becomes inactive
