The RESUME/ACCEL Switch

The RESUME/ACCEL switch controls the following 3 functions:
^ The RESUME function
^ The ACCELERATE function
^ The TAP UP function The RESUME Function
Use the RESUME function in order to reactivate the cruise control system after the system has been disengaged by pressing the brake pedal. Momentarily depressing the RESUME/ACCEL switch will reactivate the system, causing the vehicle to accelerate to the previously set speed.
The RESUME function will not operate under the following circumstances:
^ The ON/OFF switch has been cycled since the last time the cruise control was active.
^ The ignition has been switched OFF since the last time the cruise control was active.
^ The vehicle speed is below the minimum speed of 40 km/h (25 mph) required for the operation of the cruise control system.
^ The RESUME function
^ The ACCELERATE function
^ The TAP UP function The RESUME Function
