When you press the arrows on the left of the TUNE button (REV), the disc will rapidly return to a favorite passage. The current selection will remain audible at a lower volume level during the reverse mode. When you release the button, the CD will play the passage at that point at normal volume. If you reach the beginning of the current selection, the previous selection will begin playing.
