Catalytic Converter: Service and Repair

REMOVAL:

1. Raise vehicle.
2. Support converter.
3. Remove bolts from converter.
4. Remove converter.
5. Remove converter seals.
6. Clean all flange surfaces.

INSTALLATION:

1. Install converter seals.
2. Install converter.
3. Position intermediate pipe for needed clearance during converter installation.
4. Install and tighten bolts to flange.
5. Lower vehicle.
