REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
2. Remove the valve to flange attaching bolts.
3. Remove the Linear EGR valve and gasket.
4. Discard gasket.
INSTALLATION
1. Install Linear EGR valve and a new gasket.
2. Install valve to flange attaching bolts. Tighten to 24 N-m (17 lb. ft.).
3. Connect the electrical connector.
4. Use a bidirectional scanner to confirm that the system is functional.
