1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove fasteners on lower sound insulator panel under steering column.
3. Remove EBCM to dash panel attaching screws, Fig. 70.
4. Disconnect EBCM electrical connectors, then remove EBCM.
5. Reverse procedure to install.
