Catalytic Converter Attachments:






REMOVAL:
1. Using suitable jack, raise and support vehicle.
2. Remove converter to intermediate pipe bolts at intermediate pipe.
3. Remove intermediate pipe.
4. Remove converter clamp at crossover pipe.
5. Remove hanger and hanger bolts.
6. Remove catalytic converter.


INSTALLATION:
1. Install catalytic converter.
2. Install and tighten hanger bolts.
Torque Value 30 lb. ft. (41 N-m)
3. Install and tighten converter clamp at crossover pipe.
Torque Value 26 lb. ft. (35 N-m)
4. Install intermediate pipe.
5. Tighten converter to intermediate pipe bolts at intermediate pipe.
Torque Value 15 lb. ft. (20 N-m)
