RWAL ECU And Isolation/Dump Valve:
RWAL ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT
The RWAL Electronic Control Unit (ECU) is not serviceable. It should be replaced when the diagnosis charts show it to be malfunctioning.
CAUTION: Do not touch the electrical connections and pins or allow them to come into contact with brake fluid as this will damage the RWAL ECU.
REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Electrical connectors.
2. RWAL ECU by prying the tab at the rear of the ECU and pulling it toward the front of the vehicle.
INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. RWAL ECU by sliding it into the bracket until the tab locks into the hole.
2. Electrical connectors.
NOTE: If there is brake fluid on the connectors, clean them with water followed by Isopropyl alcohol.
