FASTENER TIGHTENING SPECIFICATIONS
Flywheel Housing to Engine 54 Nm (40 lbs. ft.)
Clutch Pedal Stud 39 Nm (29 lbs. ft.)
Master Cylinder 18 Nm (13 lbs. ft.)
Secondary (Slave) Cylinder 18 Nm (13 lbs. ft.)
Cross Lever Ball Stud:
Bracket Side 27 Nm (20 lbs. ft.)
Engine Side 46 Nm (34 lbs. ft.)
Adjusting Rod Swivel 27 Nm (20 lbs. ft.)
Flywheel to Crankshaft Bolts 100 Nm (75 lbs. ft.)
Clutch Cover to Flywheel......Tighten each screw one turn at a time to avoid warping the clutch cover.
NOTE: The OE service manual does not provide a tightening specification for the clutch cover to flywheel screws.
