1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove instrument panel center bezel.
3. Remove control retaining screws, then pull control assembly away from instrument panel.
4. Disconnect harness leads, cables and vacuum lines, then remove control.
5. Reverse procedure to install.
