On models where pulse wipers are controlled at turn signal lever, a malfunction may be caused by a faulty pulse wiper module. The module is located behind lefthand side of instrument panel.
CITATION
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove radio knobs and nuts and the clock knob.
3. Remove instrument cluster bezel to instrument panel carrier retaining screws and pull bezel rearward.
4. Depress headlamp switch shaft retaining button and pull knob and shaft assembly from switch.
5. Disconnect accessory switch wiring connectors.
6. Remove controller knob and ferrule nut attaching controller to bezel.
7. Disconnect wiring connector at steering column.
8. Remove switch from vehicle.
9. Reverse procedure to install.
