Driver Door Module
1999 Cadillac Seville SLS V8-4.6L VIN YSECTION Driver Door Module
The driver door module directly controls the driver's door window motor and the express down window feature. The driver door module sends window UP/DOWN messages received from the LH front power window switch to the passenger door module and the LH Rear Door Module (LRDM), RH Rear Door Module (RRDM) over the SBI. The driver door module also contains a class 2 data link which communicates with other vehicle system modules. The left front power door locks and power outside rear view mirror are also controlled through the driver door module.
