Throttle Body Assembly - Exploded View:
REMOVAL:
1. Disconnect the electrical connector at the jumper harness.
2. Remove the ISC attaching screws (they have Loctite on the threads).
3. Remove the ISC assembly from the throttle body.
4. Remove the ISC jumper harness from the ISC assembly.
CAUTION: The ISC motor is calibrated at the factory and NO ATTEMPT should be made to disassemble the unit. DO NOT IMMERSE THE ISC IN ANY TYPE OF CLEANER AND ALWAYS REMOVE BEFORE THROTTLE BODY CLEANING AND SERVICING of components. Immersion in cleaner will damage the ISC unit.
INSTALLATION:
1. Connect the ISC jumper harness to the ISC assembly.
2. Position the ISC to the throttle body.
3. Install the ISC attaching screws.
4. Connect the electrical connector at the jumper harness.
5. Adjust the ISC motor, refer to ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURES/MINIMUM AIR, TPS AND IDLE MOTOR ADJUSTMENTS.
