FUEL TANK PRESSURE SENSOR REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the rear compartment liner.
2. Remove the fuel sender access hole cover bolts.
3. Remove the fuel sender access hole cover.




4. Disconnect the fuel level sensor wiring harness electrical connector (1) fuel tank pressure sensor.
5. Remove the fuel tank pressure sensor.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the fuel tank pressure sensor.
2. Connect the fuel level sensor wiring harness electrical connector (1) to the fuel tank pressure sensor.




3. place the fuel sender access hole cover into position.
4. Install the fuel sender access hole cover bolts.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice.

Tighten the bolts to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

5. Install the rear compartment liner.
