Vehicle Electrical System Control Module, through 05.2008

Removing

- If the control module was replaced, select the Replace function for the respective control module in Guided Fault Finding or Guided Functions.

- Select the function or path.






- Follow the instructions on the Vehicle Diagnosis Tester display.

- Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

- Remove driver's storage compartment.

- Release retaining springs - arrows - and remove vehicle electrical system control module (J519) - item 1 - down from base mount - 2 -.

- Press the connector clips - 1 - and - 2 - in - direction of arrow -.






- Unplug connectors.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, noting the following:

If the vehicle electrical system control module was replaced, then is must be re-coded.

- Select the function or path.






- Follow the instructions on the Vehicle Diagnosis Tester display.

- Install driver's storage compartment.
