Secondary Air Injection System Overview






1 Secondary Air Hose

2 O-rings

Replace

3 Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Pump Motor (V101)

Removing and installing, refer to => [ Secondary Air Injection Pump Motor ] Service and Repair

Attach the connector to the bracket

Checking in "Guided Functions" using the vehicle diagnostic tester

4 Bonded Rubber Bushing

5 Bracket

For AIR pump motor

6 Nut

9 Nm

7 Bolt

9 Nm

8 Gasket

Replace

9 Bolts

9 Nm

10 Vacuum Hose

11 Right Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Combination Valve

Replace

14 Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Sensor 1 (G609)

15 Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Pipe

16 Bolt

9 Nm

17 Left Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Combination Valve

Removing and installing, refer to => [ Left Secondary Air Combination Valve ] Left Secondary Air Combination Valve

18 Vacuum Hose

21 Secondary Air Hose

22 O-rings

Replace

Secondary Air Combination Valve Heat Shield - Tightening Specification





- Tighten the heat shield bolts - arrows - to 9 Nm heat shield - 1 -.
