Switch Monitor Function:
The ECU Switch Monitor Function permits checking individual switches with the Mazda Self-Diagnosis Checker (SST 49 H018 9A1) or a compatible aftermarket "Scan" tool. With ignition switch "ON" and test connector grounded, the Mazda checker will check switches as indicated on the image chart. Consult aftermarket "Scan" tool instructions for proper use of this function.
