SYMPTOM
HVAC CONTROL INPUT SHORTED TO GROUND

WHEN MONITORED
With the ignition key on and battery voltage greater than 10 volts.

SET CONDITION
The HVAC control head input (HVAC mode sense circuit) voltage is less than 0.4 volts for 10 consecutive seconds.
