Compressor Mounting:






Remove or Disconnect

1. Recover refrigerant. Refer to "Refrigerant Recovery and Recycling, Adding Oil, Evacuating and Recharging Procedures".
2. Engine mount strut bracket right side.
3. Electric cooling fan right side.
4. Drive belt.
5. Electrical connector from compressor.
6. Compressor condenser hose assembly at compressor.
7. One lower mounting bolt.
8. Two upper mounting bolts.
9. Compressor.

Install or Connect

1. Compressor.
2. Two upper mounting bolts.

Tighten
^ Bolts to 50 N.m (37 lb. ft.).
3. One lower mounting bolt.

Tighten
^ Bolt(s) to 50 N.m (37 lb. ft.).

4. Compressor condenser hose assembly to compressor using new sealing washers.

Tighten
^ Nut to 33 N.m (24 lb. ft.).

5. Electrical connector to compressor.
6. Drive belt.
7. Electric cooling fan right side.
8. Engine mount strut bracket right side.
9. Evacuate, charge and leak check system. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recycling, Adding Oil, Evacuating and Recharging Procedures".
