RH Rear Of Engine:

REMOVAL

- Disconnect negative battery cable.
- Raise vehicle.
- Disconnect wiring harness connector from knock sensor.
- Remove knock sensor from engine block.

INSTALLATION

- Install knock sensor into engine block. Be sure threads are clean. Tighten to 19 Nm (14 ft lb).

NOTE: Overtorquing can damage the knock sensor.

- Reconnect wiring harness connector to the knock sensor.
- Lower vehicle.
- Reconnect negative battery cable.
