The D+ circuit of the alternator/regulator (KL 61) is provided to the ABS/ASC control unit for ABS operation.
With the ignition on, engine not running, a ground exists through the regulator.
When the engine is running, the charging voltage on the D+ circuit is applied to the control unit.
