How to get cigarette smoke smell out of a used car?

Bought a used 2015 Camry that was a great deal but the previous owner was a heavy smoker. I've tried air fresheners and Febreze but the smell comes back. How do I actually eliminate it?

Adding to the above: don't forget to clean the ductwork. Run the AC on recirculate with Ozium sprayed into the intake (under the dash). The evaporator and ducts are coated in tar residue and will keep pumping smell into the car. Also check under the seats — smokers drop ash and butts that get lodged under the seat rails.
