Dog scratched up my back seat leather — any hope?

My lab destroyed the back seat leather in my 2018 Tahoe. Deep scratches, some surface gouges. Is there anything I can do short of reupholstering the whole seat?

For surface scratches: leather conditioner and heat. Apply Lexol conditioner generously, then use a heat gun or hair dryer on medium to warm the leather while rubbing with a microfiber cloth. The heat opens the pores and the conditioner fills the scratches. Works surprisingly well for light to medium surface scratches.
